How Does Your Payroll Service Work?

During a typical pay run, we’ll work with you to get any employee timesheets, salary changes, benefit updates, 401K updates, etc. and conduct the pay run upon your approval. Your employees will automatically receive their pay stubs and payroll via direct deposit. We’ll also ensure that your payroll remittances are reconciled with the appropriate payroll authorities (i.e. IRS). Come year-end, we’ll complete your year-end filings and provide your employees with their W2s.

What payroll tax reports do you file?

We’ll file payroll remittances according to their remittance frequencies.

What is the onboarding process?

Step 1: We conduct an onboarding call to discuss your specific payroll details (i.e. pay frequencies, number of employees, hourly vs. salary, etc.)

Step 2: We’ll export your employee information from your existing systems and set you up on the payroll software. We’ll also work with you to get access to your IRS accounts and any other third-party systems (i.e. time tracking).

Step 3: We go live and start running your pay runs.

Are there any additional fees?

We will charge additional fees for off-cycle pay runs, IRS audit queries for previous years, and other slips processing.

Which payroll software do you use?

We use several payroll software that are our preferred payroll software because we can easily make customizations on their back-end, they provide accurate payroll remittance calculations and reliable filings, they also provide companies with customizable access levels. They also have an excellent support team.

Can you track vacation days and personal time off?

Yes we can! We can help you track it in your payroll software.

We usually request that clients have a payroll point of contact in the company that our payroll administrators can get in touch with. The point of contact can then consolidate any employee payroll questions and communicate them with our payroll administrators for a more efficient process.
